Using Copernic to Navigate Your Calendar
Sometimes we need to recall the date of a particular meeting. Depending on the number of meetings one could have, locating a particular meeting entails a lot of scrolling and frustration. Using refinements and Copernic can narrow your results quickly with limited information.
To start, we have over 3,700 calendar items, including tasks and meetings/entries.

Within moments, we can use basic information to find the date of the specific meeting we’re seeking. In our example today, we know the meeting in question was over a year ago. We use the date refinement to select items before last year. We also know the name of the person who organized the meeting. We add his name to the refinement field “Organizer.” Finally, to narrow this even further, we add the Subject of the meeting to the Subject Refinement field. This brings our total results to three calendar items and allows us to find the correct meeting in less time than a trip to the office kitchen for a cup of coffee.
Using the Refinements to help you narrow your search in any category will save you valuable time. Looking for other Tips and Tricks with the software? Visit our Community Forums to share ideas with other fans of Copernic!
