Resources Available for Copernic Users
You are probably aware that the Support Team at Copernic is available to answer your questions by emailing us at support@copernic.com. But do you know of our other methods of answering your questions? Let’s dig deeper into the resources we have available!
Our Customer Portal houses answers to many common questions. These questions are categorized to help you find the information you need quickly. There is also a search field if you don’t want to scroll through multiple categories. This is a good place to see how to get started and create your preferred settings. Our Q&As are available in both English and French.
If you are looking for answers to questions other users have found, or tips and tricks they want to share, the Forums are there for you! These are primarily a place for other users to share their questions, solutions, and insights. We do check in from time to time, but do not always respond in the open forum (our system creates a ticket, so we are able to send a response, but that response doesn’t post for everyone). The threads are created by users in multiple countries and can be posted in a variety of languages. The Category headings are in both English and French.
If you are the type of learner that benefits from watching how-to videos, our YouTube channel is going to be your best friend! These videos are produced in English, but you can change your subtitles to your language of choice by taking the following steps:

Open “Settings”
“Subtitles”
Select “Auto-translate”

Scroll down until you find your preferred language
Click your language of choice
