Copernic result list view

How do I use the result list view?

Regular users of Copernic Desktop & Cloud search know how to do what they need to do but can sometimes miss some areas that are off their radar.

The Result List View is an example of this. This is a subtle drop-down on the main page. It allows you to change your view of the results of your search.

The default view is “Standard.” Standard view displays your results in list form and allows you to preview a file by clicking on it.

“Detailed” view will allow you to select refinements to further narrow your results. To preview a file, click on the + after you have selected any refinements. The preview will be displayed in the preview pane.

“Thumbnail” view will display the results as thumbnails. To preview the file, click on the thumbnail and it will display in the preview pane.

Finding these subtle tricks to keep in your hat to pull out when needed can change your experience with Copernic Desktop & Cloud Search.

Other Tips & Tricks can be found in our Forums. This is an area where users can share their ideas and tricks and workarounds they use. While we try to keep this area for our users to help each other, we will jump in from time to time if an answer benefits many.
