How to Use Saved Searches
Even when you’ve been using Copernic for years, you sometimes discover a helpful feature that will make your searches even faster and more efficient. Copernic offers pre-defined saved searches that you can use as a shortcut or can delete from your list to keep it nice and tidy.

If you have a regular search, you can save its settings in the saved searches so you can garner results with one click rather than entering the search phrase and preferred refinements every time.
As an example, if you are responsible for assembling the quotes at the end of every month, you can enter “quote” in the search field and add “this month” as your refinement.

Select “Add to My Searches”

Name your search according to your preference. Now, when you need to submit that report, you are a click away from finding that information.

Do you have a favorite shortcut or trick that you have discovered? Send it our way at support@copernic.com and we might add it to a future blog post! You can also visit the Forums to share your tips and read tips from other users.
