How to Find What You Need in your Calendar
Scrolling through your calendar to find events from the past can take a lot of time. You can use Copernic to weed out unnecessary events and get the information you need quickly and without much effort.
When you want to confirm the days that you’ve been Out of Office (OOO) for your records. Rather than scrolling and tracking, do a search for the relevant information and use the refinements so you can see all the information in list format and use what you need.
To start, search for the vacation or Out of Office phrase you use, in this case, OOO. Clicking on the calendar icon, you will see 38 such entries.

To narrow this down further, use the Refinement menus on the left. In our case here, we only need the information for the last year. Using the Date drop-down menu, select Last and 1 Year. This will bring the document count down to 10.

This can also be used to locate past medical appointments, yearly reviews, and anything that is tracked in your calendar. If you’re looking for a meeting organized by a particular person, you can use the Organizer field in the Refinement options to enter the name of the meeting organizer. Alternatively, attempting the same search word in Outlook will not give the desired results.
