You probably know that you can reach our Support Team at support@copernic.com or by submitting a ticket to answer any questions you may have about the software. But did you know we have other resources available for you? Below, some of our available resources are discussed and linked so you can easily find them!
Our Forums are for users of Copernic to share tips and tricks they find beneficial. There is also an area for people to express their ideas for future upgrades and extensions. While the forums are meant to be for our community of users, we do check in from time to time to answer questions, make announcements, and assess common themes for requests. Some Forum topics also create a ticket in our system, so members of our Technical Support team respond to those questions privately.
Our Knowledge Base houses our collection of articles answering many common questions and tips for getting started.
To access our Community Portal (home of our Knowledge Base and Forums) from the website, select Customer Area and Community Portal:

From the software, select Tools -> Options ->Online Help

Our YouTube channel has taken some of our more requested articles to the small screen! To select subtitles in a language other than English, on the video you are watching, click the Settings cog | Subtitles | Auto Translate | Scroll to the language of your choosing and click that language,
