Shopping Cart 101
Online shopping has become a staple in today’s society. Adding a product to a cart and purchasing it is second nature to most people. Knowing the following tricks for purchasing our software will help your subscription work seamlessly.
At checkout, you are invited to opt for Automatic Renewal or disable it and renew manually. Your Automatic Renewal preference is displayed in your MyAccount page; we can also help you disable it by request.

It is also possible to edit this preference in the cart. This option is most often used by customers that manually renew prior to their expiration date.

Sometimes customers want to make changes to their subscription. Rather than ordering new and having two subscriptions to manage, it is possible to make your preferred changes to your existing account.
If your subscription is up for renewal and you are renewing manually, select “Edit” in the cart. From there, you can make your desired changes (duration of license, number of users, and/or your tier).

It is also possible to make this change at any time during your subscription. In this case, you would utilize the “Upgrade” feature (you may contact us for an upgrade link or find it in your MyAccount). Once you log into your cart, make your desired changes and select “Upgrade Now.” It is important to note that the Upgrade feature takes your existing subscription into account when applying costs and will charge accordingly. It will also create a new end date for your subscription. This option is most popular with our customers who renew automatically but want to add or remove users, adjust the duration of their subscription, or change the tier they are using.
