Let Copernic Help You with Your Expense Reports
Every few days, you try to stay on top of your expense reports and corporate billing. However, sometimes those tasks get put on the backburner until the last minute. You do not want to spend valuable time scrolling through receipts, invoices, and uploads to get this done. Today we will walk you through the process of locating those receipts so you can quickly locate them and get them where they need to go.
To start, we are going to search for all documents containing the words August or September. To ensure we do not include last year’s submissions, we will use our Refinements to only display documents created in the last 30 days. Additionally, we will include only Adobe PDF files by selecting that option in the File Type refinement. The returned results are a manageable seventeen documents, which can quickly be attached to an email, uploaded to a reimbursement website, or printed for a hard copy.

Copernic’s OCR (Optical Character Recognition) can pick up words and phrases in images. If we need to narrow our results down further, we can use the refinements similarly to the other categories.
