Know that Conversation Exists but Can’t Find it? Searching Your Teams and Emails
A colleague has asked you to cover their clients while they’re on vacation. They sent you some details about one of the clients, but you don’t remember whether it was via Teams or Email. Nobody wants to scroll through endless emails and chats trying to locate the information. Enter Copernic!
You start by searching for the colleague and the client in question. You see 594 emails and 60 Teams conversations. This is still too many documents to scroll, so you decide to use your refinements.

You set the Refinements to a date that is near the time the information was sent and your colleague’s name as the sender. This brings your results down to four emails and thirteen conversations in Teams.

The much more manageable 13 Teams documents can quickly be read and eliminated as the source of the file you are seeking.
Now that you have eliminated the conversations in Teams, you can look at the four emails. You see one that you believe is correct and click on it so you can preview it. Congratulations! You’ve found the correct document in a matter of minutes and can now focus your time on helping the client rather than searching for the correct information.
