You want to streamline your holiday emails to only include the people that sent you greetings during a certain time frame. Can Copernic help with this? Yes!

In today’s example, I’m trying to narrow down my holiday correspondence, so I don’t send repeated emails to people that have not sent a greeting in the preferred time frame. First, I used OR between the words used in greetings from people in my company. I also used the Date refinement for the last two years to keep the search relatively recent. This nets 46 results.

From here, I can right-click over selected senders and select Move.

Now I can move the email to the 2025 Holiday Greetings file in my Outlook. This will allow me to open those emails and send a personal greeting to the person that sent them.
